Well me and my boys use the same itunes accout and I think thats the issue if you look at the settings in Icloud you can say what number you want to use on your phone and ipad, just have him uncheck your number on his phone and you should be able to get calls to your phone and ipad and not his phone.

We use the same iTunes account. I'm guessing that's why.

That is part of the new IOS you are able to anwer calls across your devices that are registered to you. Now why your husbands phone is ringing I am unsure. I think its a cool feature, because alot of times my phone is by the computer charging and I may be in the kitchen with my ipad and this way I am able to answer the call.

I haven't had that problem with iOS 8. But we've had a different one. When my phone ring, my husbands phone also rings and my iPad rings. Same number on caller id. It didn't do it until we updated. :-/

I've had someone report a problem to me while using their iPhone with the new iOS 8. In working on this problem, I have found that it affects a lot of you, so I'm posting the info here.

The problem occurs while uploading a photo for a classified ad (or personal ad, or member profile), or while adding an attachment to a Private Message. It will look like it's trying to work, but the browser never finishes the upload.

It turns out that the problem is a known bug with the Safari browser for iOS 8:

Safari File Upload

Apple recently added a new feature to Safari that let you upload photos and videos to websites. This feature appears to be broken in iOS 8:

Users have noticed that after upgrading to iOS 8.0 they cannot upload files from Safari.

Sad but true. The new iOS version has a bug that renders sending files by browsers impossible. When you choose a file in a form on HTML page and try to submit it, no file is sent in the request. The browser indicates that it's waiting for a response, but in fact the response never comes.

However, you can download the Chrome browser to replace Safari (which is a faster browser, anyway), and it does appear to work normally. So the problem is with Safari, not the operating system.

There are several other bugs with the operating system that seem to contribute to blue error screens (BSOD = "blue screen of death") or just randomly freezing up, so I would strongly advise against downloading the new operating system until the next release. If you have already updated, you may be able to revert back to iOS 7 if you do it soon (within the next few days):

I hope this helps,

Jason
