Agree that those guilty of DWI should be punished. Agree that those scooters (aka: liquor cyckles) are dangerous for everyone. They were even more dangerous in a car or truck at 60+ mph.
However, if those people can't get to work, they can't feed their family or themselves. Yes, they should have known better and yes, many will still drink and drive, but for those who will not drink/drive again and can't afford the insurance, the scooter is a good thing.
Daytime hours only; registration and special license should be required.

Scooter's are Great to run around town on. The Hwy not so much do some motor mods and they will run with cars.

Anyway she only weighed about 90 lbs but that still slowed my Tomos down enough for that Rottweiler to catch up to and after he bit her 2 or 3 times she called me several 4 letter names and left.
