Legally, it doesn't matter. If it's not sexually suggestive, then it's legal no matter what the age.

Brooke Shields made her acting debut by doing a nude scene at age 13. Before that, she posed nude for a series of artistic photos with her nude in a bath at age 10:

For that matter, think of all of the child nudity in National Geographic.

The police might make a big deal over this, but they're wrong and wasting taxpayer's money. It'll never even make it to court.

Question is, how old does a child need to be to where the nakey pictures aren't quite "cute" any more?

The law states that it's illegal to depict a minor in a sexually suggestive manner. Being in the bathtub isn't sexually suggestive:

My mother has a photo album with pictures of me and my siblings in the bathtub, and even one of me running around the yard totally naked. They're cute.

Now this grinds my gears, sick twisted, retarded ppl who call their selves parents..I hope this child gets removed from that home immediately. And surely they will. I can not stand ppl who do things like this to a helpless child, monsters! Just like the preicous lil boy whose parents obviously planned his death leaving him in a hot car, grrrrrr! I saw on CNN where she was in court and she was chewing gum and relaxed, its clear she never loved him. Pisses me off. If anyone doesn't want their child/children anymore why kill them, their are plenty of ppl who would adopt them and provide loving homes. The f****d up part about all these tragedies is its usually over insurance money....grrrrrr. hang them all I say.
