We just moved to bryson and had cable and internet installed.

Have had nothing but unresolved problems sevice works when it wants to.

there customer service is a joke, cant get a service tech to come out for weeks then when they finally came still did not fix it.

call customer service it will be another week before they will come back to fix what they should have to begin

with. THIS IS THE WORST CABLE SERVICE IN HISTORY.But the only provider in the area and they know it

If you ask for a supervisor they are all at lunch at 11 am or 1pm or when ever...... just venting. loving bryson though
