PTSD ....

Do you or somebody you know have PTSD? The military is praising a fantastic new post-traumatic stress therapy. This simple technique is 'going viral' bringing rapid improvement to soldiers and their families. With suicides now an alarming 18 per day and 950 attempts a month, it's disturbing to note that almost 40% of the Army's suicide victims in recent years have been on antidepressants like Paxil, Effexor, Zoloft and Prozac.

This new technique for coping with PTSD and other stress-related syndromes, involves neither drugs nor, in many cases, even a psychiatrist's couch. Its simplicity, privacy and remarkable track record are being noticed at the highest levels by people like Major General George R. Harris and Army Lt. Col. Philiip L. Pringle, a Southern Baptist chaplain. Patriot Outreach was founded by Col. Antonio Monaco, U.S. Army (Ret.)

George M. Hayter, M.D., a Navy psychiatrist and lieutenant commander during the Viet Nam War and currently chief of psychiatry at St. Joseph's Hospital in Orange, California says: "On the basis of 20 years experience the application of this technique has made a significant contribution to the treatment of the great majority of those people who have learned it."

Patriot Outreach will send you a CD, free to the military, called Coping Strategies. To learn more go to Patriot Outreach.com- Coping Strategies.
