I just saw her at the funeral or memorial, or whatever that was. I'm guessing she's also spoken to the media?

I honestly can not fathom what the right course of action is for her. I'd have to guess (and hope) that her family is taking cues from her, she seems very poised and mature for her age. There will certainly be time for grieving and privacy once the news gets old and the media moves on.

She is really a hero, if she had not called the police and told them where he was going, the idiot would have killed more of her family. granted the parading around, which I haven't really seen, is going to screw with her head, it is at least, at the moment taking her mind of the terror that she just went through.

I too thought it was strange. But realistically, this poor girl is still in shock and reality has not set in. I would imagine the amount of attention and praise she has received has been a pick-me-up and she will soon be left to sort through her emotions and grieve. But yes, it is a little strange.

That Cassidy Stay is being paraded around as if she were a rockstar after the violent murder of her parents and siblings....the whole thing just seems odd....shouldnt there be a mourning period and maybe some privacy?
