90 Second Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake

Easy recipe to make with kids!


Coffee mug

2 oz cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp pumpkin puree
2 tbsp sugar
1 large egg
1/2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice
Dash of cinnamon

Combine all ingredients in a greased mug. Mix well.

Microwave for 90-120 seconds.

Cool and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Optional - whipped cream on top! But everybody knows that you have to have whipped cream on pumpkin pie...
