The pending lawsuit tells me 1 thing:
The Republicans have already given up on their chances in 2016 to win the White House. Otherwise they'd never dream of this.

we have watched republican presidents use executive orders ... and nary a word from anyone ...
if they take power of the executive branch cycle, they will do it again ... and with nary a word from you
the next time though, they will have their hands tied with the same rules that will result from this lawsuit.

The tune will change when a Republican gets into office and uses executive orders to do away with Obamacare and the EPA. All of a sudden going around the law and constitution will be wrong. Democrats think they will never lose power but, they will.
