Let's file a Lawsuit against John Boehner for being a fake lawmaker....hmmm... it is sad that the Congress has a Leader who makes a mockery of his position....no Wonder the GOP is seen in a dim if not a non existing light when it comes to doing the job they ran on or lack of.....

continued:

How about legislation on the Export-Import bank? "We are just going to have to sort our way through this." But surely Boehner has a view? "No, I'm not going to answer the question. You know, you've tried to do this on immigration for the last two years. . . . I want to get our members to a place where they are comfortable, whatever that is." As for what to do about the flood of children emigrating north from Central America, Boehner said that he named a "working group" that eventually will "suggest to the administration things that we think can be done."

Is it any wonder that the president takes executive action in response to such legislative inaction? The only positions the speaker took with any confidence were his criticisms of Obama:

This sums it up pretty nicely

http://www.washingtonpost.c...story.html

But the real problem with the lawsuit approach is that it misunderstands the cause of the problem: congressional dysfunction. Lawmakers, hamstrung by disagreement, have created a power vacuum, and presidents have stepped in to fill it. The solution is not to sue, but to legislate, which means to compromise and this is something Boehner's troops have been unwilling to do.

Boehner demonstrated the vacuum on Wednesday in his weekly news conference. His thoughts on a Senate highway-funding bill? "We'll await let the Ways and Means Committee do their work." Any suggestions about what to do in Iraq? "It's not my job to outline for the president what tools he should use or not use. It's not my job to outline the strategy for the president when it comes to the overall fight against terrorism. I don't have as many tools at my disposal as the president does."

These kind of actions generally backfire on the Republicans. Just remember the govt shutdowns. The public will view any such lawsuit as whining. The best way to deal with this is to win at the ballot box.

Republican GOP and some Democrats Congress members are thought of so low...to deflect the low image they come with this...Lawsuit for Obama's Executive Action... how convenient that G W Bush who at this point of his Presidency had made more Executive Action without Congress support is somehow forgotten...called selective memory...J Boehner is doing this to keep his Position as Speaker......all the energy spent of Repealing ACA, along with many other issues like IRS Action ...had this been spent of Creating Jobs as the Campaing of 2010 Mantra was...its seems that was put on the back burner....oh then energy spent of Making B H Obama a one term President....we saw how that worked out for the far right wing nut...M Bachmann, R Limbaugh, S Hannity, and far right Southern Senators and Congressman....Repeal ACA...oops after 50 plus votes in Congress you think after it died on the vine they would give it up...but like a spoil child who thinks if it keeps whining ...like Sarah Palin.... Jim DeMint from SC...what happen was the American Voter got tired of hearing ...so now Lawsuits are the next battle...whew.....how sad....all those supposedly intelligent individual wasting the Taxpayers Money at basic Salary of $174 thousand a year...so sad.. So GOP go ahead with your Lawsuit and get laughed out of court....and if the American Voters are gathered out of office.....

I agree, SmallTownMan. If our Congressional representatives cared half as much about acting on behalf of their constituents as they do about bickering and appearing on cable news shows to sling mud at each other, our country would be in much better shape. And, that goes for both sides.

We, the people, should file a lawsuit against Congress!

There's nonsense...and then there's the facts! And if you honestly believe that Obama has put us in better shape than we were before he took office...then you're in denial about knowing the difference between nonsense...and facts! And NOTHING ANYONE says...no matter how factual they may be...will lead you to believe that this is one of the worst presidents in our history!

panty, Obama has been a failure to you and your like kind, but, out here in the real world, where rational people exist, he's not judged as poorly as you wish he would be. But keep telling yourself whatever nonsense you need to hear so you can sleep at night.

I can see taking up for your party on certain issues were not all going to agree on everything. Debate is healthy for our society but when are democrats going to wake up? I cant ever remember a time when our country was more divided or in such decline. You can sugar coat it all you want but obama has been a complete failure to us all.

Explain to me how it's Obama's fault we're so divided when the republican leaders are on record with things like, "our sole priority is making Obama a one-term president" and, when that failed, "our sole priority is making him a lame duck president." The republican party thrives not only on undermining Obama's legacy and doing things like shutting down the government (because God forbid they work to make the laws better), but on hurting anyone who isn't an upper-middle class white person. Just look at the hoops they're making voters jump through in many republican-run states. Special ID laws, moving polling places so people in certain communities have to travel three hours out of their way to vote. There was one polling place in Florida that took out toilets to discourage people from waiting in line to vote. It's not the Dems doing this crap. Are the democrats blameless? Absolutely not.

And, don't even get me started on Bundy.

The only promise Obama has made good on is passing the ACA which in return has ruined everyones healthcare insurance!

Not everyone's. Many, many people were helped by the ACA. And, many more could have been helped except their republican governors denied them coverage because of the party's overwhelming need to destroy our president. To me, that says everything when you care more about partisan politics than you do about giving healthcare to people in your state.

pantera...... I cant ever remember a time when our country was more divided or in such decline.

You're right, is, thanks to YOUR party and YOUR leaders like Limbaugh, Hannity, Cheney, Cruz, McConnell, Boner and Beck who have committed treason for the last 5 years to bring a down a twice duly elected president

BTW, what happened to all those jobs, jobs, jobs Boner promised?

Boehner and Darrell Isa could form the drunken duo . Of course it's possible Boehner might wake up and smell his career burning.
