The 2014 Mary Stevens Reckford Memorial Lecture in European Studies will take place on Thursday, Feb. 20, 2014. Historian Michael Geyer of the University of Chicago will deliver the talk, entitled �Age of Destruction: World War I�One Hundred Years Later� at 7:30 p.m. in Gerrard Hall. A question and answer session, reception and book signing will follow the lecture. This year�s Reckford Lecture kicks off World War I�The Legacy, a year-long initiative sponsored by the Institute for the Arts and Humanities and the College of Arts and Sciences, in partnership with King�s College London.
